Universal Consciousness
What is the Human Consciousness?
The HC is a collection of all the the spiritual intelligence that has been since the beginning and will until the end. You and I forms part of the HC

And the Book Of Life?

The BOL is  the verbal representation of the HC. It contains all the thoughts, words, deeds, wish and dreams of every soul that has been and is in existence. It is a running commentary of Humankind todate

Below are a few exercises to prepare your mind for the road ahead

Introduction
All the power you need to become a remote viewer lies within you. All you have to do is spend some time each day connecting with your inner self until you can hear your internal dialogue as clearly as listening to a conversation. Then you'll be one with the Power of God within. This, however, can only be achieve with complete mastery of your consciousness.

But before you can do all this, you need to gain control of your physical being. Here is a simple exercise to help you.

Body Control Excercise
Select a room where you can be alone and undisturbed; sit erect, comfortably, but do not lounge: let your thoughts roam where they will but be perfectly still for from fifteen minutes to half an hour: continue this for three to four days or for a week until you secure full control of your physical being.

Many will find this extremely difficult; others will conquer with ease, but it is absolutely essential to secure complete control of the body before you are ready to progress to the mastery of the mind.

Thought Control Exercise
Always take the same room, the same chair, and the same position, if possible. In case it is not convenient to take the same room: in this case simply make the best use of such conditions as may be available. Now be perfectly still as before, but inhibit all thought; this will give you control over all thoughts of care, worry and fear, and will enable you to entertain only the kind of thoughts you desire. Continue this exercise until you gain complete mastery.
You will not be able to do this for more than a few moments at a time, but the exercise is valuable, because it will be a very practical demonstration of the great number of thoughts which are constantly trying to gain acess to your mental world.
It is necessary to master this one before progressing to the next exercise.

Physical Relaxation
For this exercise I will ask you to go one step further. I want you to sit perfectly still and inhibit all thoughts as far as possible, but relax, let it go, let the muscles take their normal condition; this will remove all pressures from the nerves and eliminate that tension which so frequently produces physical exhaustion.
Physical relaxation is a voluntary exercise of the will and the exercise will be found to be of great value, as it enables the blood to circulate freely to and from the the brain and the body.
Tension leads to mental unrest and abnormal mental activity of the mind; it produces worry, care, fear and anxiety. Relaxation is therefore an absolute necessity in order to allow the mental machinery to exercise the greatest freedom.
Make this exercise as thorough and complete as possible; mentally determine that you will relax every muscle and nerve, until you feel quiet and restful and at peace with yourself and the world. The mind will be ready to function and you will be surprised at the result

Mental Relaxation
In the last exercise I asked you to let go physically. Now I'm going to ask you to let go mentally. If you practise the previous exercise fifteen or twenty times a day, in accordance with the intructions, you can no doubt relax physcically; and anyone who cannot consciously do that do that quickly and completely is not A MASTER OF HIMSELF. He has not obtained freedom; he is still a slave to conditions. But I shall assumed you have mastered the exercise and is ready to take the next step, which is mental freedom.
Now, after taking your usual position, remove all your tension by by completetly relaxing, then mentally let go of all adverse conditions, such as hatred, anger, jealousy, worry, envy, sorrow or dissapointment of any kind.
You may say that you cannot let go of these things but you can do so by mentally determine to do so, by voluntary intention and persistence
The reason why some cannot do this, is they allow themsleves to be controlled by emotion instead of their intellect. But the will guided by intellect will gain the victory. You will not succeed the first time you try, but practice makes perfect in this like in everything else and you must succeed in dismissing, eliminating and completely destroying these negative and destructive thoughts, because they are the seed which is constanlty germinating into discordant conditions of every conceivable kind and descriptions.

About Me

My name is Jean-Regis Pierre. I was born in the Seychelles on the 11th of October 1953. When I was seven years old I started involuntary astral travelling and for many years I was petrified not knowing what it was. To complicate matters, eight years ago I had this overpowering feeling that someone was trying to tell me something. I found myself scouring all the libraries I could find for a rational explanation. What I found were a number of books, always in the same place, by unrelated authors with sections which when put together miraculously became a manual of channeling. You could therefore say I've been inspired and now I understand I have a mission to spell out the real purpose of channeling and to show what the process is capable of doing for humanity. To this end, I've been channeling on a daily basis with my both results and newly acquired knowledge published on-line for all to read.

MEDITATION

We learned to meditate by working with silence. There must be no music, speech or intrusive noise. While relaxing, silence becomes an object like a stone or a block of wood, you can almost touch it. But how do you call the silence?
(1) Go to your quiet room, sit on the floor or in a chair where you feel most comfortable. Have pen and paper ready. Position yourself so that your back is straight and your head, neck and chest are in line.
(2) Now comes the tricky part, the mind wandering, such a, "did I feed the cat or left the door open." In some meditation practice this is considered bad but here the wandering can impede if it becomes an issue that leads to worries and action to remedy it. If the mind is to seek then connect to the unconscious it needs to let go of the worries or file it way till a more appropriate time.
(3) The next step is to find and embrace the silence and within it's confines your brain waves will slowly alter until it is emitting alpha waves. You will know this when the world around you becomes peaceful and you are no longer compel to do or change something in your immediate environment.
(4) You are now fully relaxed and the instant you are connected to the Universal Consciouness you will hear an overwhelming barrage of information or quick short burst of chatter as I call it. These are the thoughts words and deeds of every individuals linked into the consciousness voluntarilly or otherwise. You should write down all you hear as fast as you can, resisting the urge to make sense or correct what is being recorded.
